Matsuba Crab
Known locally as "Matsuba Crab", snow crab from the Sea of Japan are available from Nov 7 to the end of March every year and can be enjoyed a variety of ways including boiled, grilled, hot pot or even sashimi.
Tajima Beef
Tajima beef is the local wagyu that is known for being the roots of the world famous Kobe beef.
Tajima Rice
Tajima rice is locally grown with sustainable methods to keep the flooded rice fields in a natural lush state which provides a rich feeding ground for the Oriental white stork: the symbol of Kinosaki Onsen and Toyooka.
